Leaders from the Shenzhen Women's Federation visited FILMBASE to provide guidance and support for Lalan Yuan's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Studio

On July 4, Liu Jiachun, Party Secretary and Chairwoman of the Municipal Women's Federation and Deputy Director of the Municipal Women and Children's Work Committee, accompanied by relevant leaders and expert group members from the Municipal Women and Children's Work Committee Office, visited Yufilmbase in two groups to focus on the development of the “Lanlan Yuan Executive Committee Innovation and Entrepreneurship Studio” of the Longgang District Women's Federation. They conducted in-depth research and held discussions on core issues such as “the growth path of female talent” and “the enabling mechanism of technology platforms.”

Zhang Yuqing, Deputy District Magistrate of Longgang District and Director of the District Women and Children's Work Committee; Ke Yaqiong, Party Secretary and Chairwoman of the Longgang District Women's Federation, First-Level Researcher, and Deputy Director of the District Women and Children's Work Committee; Yuan Aihua, Director of the Organization Department of the District Women's Federation and Fourth-Level Researcher; and relevant officials from the Longgang District Sub-district Office and enterprises accompanied the research team and participated in the on-site exchanges throughout the process.

At the company's exhibition hall, the research team learned about FILMBASE's technological research and development achievements in areas such as liquid crystal dimming film, naked-eye 3D media film, and interactive glass, as well as the innovative applications of its products in scenarios such as smart buildings, public culture, and low-carbon exhibitions. The research team also gained a detailed understanding of the company's specific practices in promoting the participation of female science and technology talents in research and development, entrepreneurship, and project implementation.

As an innovation and entrepreneurship studio under the Women's Federation Executive Committee in the “Three New” fields, the Lalan Yuan Women's Federation Executive Committee Innovation and Entrepreneurship Studio leverages the corporate platform to explore the construction of a service system centered on “entrepreneurship training, career planning, and charitable assistance,” aiming to help women enhance their comprehensive capabilities and achieve sustainable development.

To date, Lanlan Yuan 's Women's Federation Executive Committee Innovation and Entrepreneurship Studio has organized 125 entrepreneurship and employment skills training sessions, covering 360 people. Fifty women have found employment, including 12 recent graduates. Two outstanding members have joined the core team of the enterprise and become partners. These results demonstrate the effective transition from “training” to “empowerment,” gradually opening up practical channels for women's career growth and project implementation.

The research team also listened to specific experience sharing from enterprises on project matching, platform construction, and resource linkage. Leveraging the platform advantages of enterprises, the studio actively connects government and enterprise resources. With the support of the district Women's Federation, it has participated in the construction of multiple cultural and sports display projects and community supporting projects. While promoting the practical application of female talent, it also assists enterprises in achieving high-quality development.

FILMBASE will continue to deepen the development of the Lanlan Yuan Women's Federation Executive Committee Innovation and Entrepreneurship Studio, continuously explore new pathways for integrating “women and technology,” and create more growth opportunities, injecting a steady stream of “she-power” into the regional innovation ecosystem.
