China News Agency: China has optimized the management of the movement of Chinese and foreign personnel by abolishing full nucleic acid testing and centralized quarantine upon entry.
Persons arriving in China will be tested for nucleic acid 48 hours before their trip, and those with negative results can come to China without having to apply for a health code from our embassies and consulates abroad and fill in the results on their customs health declaration cards. If the result is positive, the person concerned should come back to China after the result has turned negative.
Eliminate full nucleic acid testing and centralised quarantine upon entry. Those with normal health declarations and no abnormalities in the routine quarantine at customs ports will be released to enter the social side.
The "five-one" and seat-rate restrictions on the number of international passenger flights will be removed. All airlines will continue to provide in-flight vaccination and passengers will be required to wear masks when travelling on board.
Further optimise the arrangements for foreign nationals coming to China for resumption of work and production, business, study, family visits and reunions, and provide appropriate visa facilities. Gradually resume the entry and exit of passengers at water and land ports.
Resume outbound travel for Chinese citizens in an orderly manner according to the international situation of the epidemic and the capacity of various service providers.
