China-Africa resonance, technology-driven dreams—FILMBASE invites you to join us at the China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo in Changsha
From June 12 to 15, the 4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo will be held in Changsha, Hunan Province. The expo is themed “China-Africa Joint Action, Pursuing Modernization,” focusing on new cooperation drivers such as clean energy, green building materials, the digital economy, construction machinery, and smart agriculture. It has attracted participants from 48 African countries, nine major international organizations, and nearly 5,000 enterprises and institutions. The exhibition covers a total area of 100,000 square meters, making it the highest-level, most authoritative, and most influential national-level trade and economic platform between China and Africa.
At this global collaborative event “looking toward the future,” FILMBASE will make a grand debut at Booth TC02 in Hall E1, showcasing its core products and technical solutions to demonstrate its global leadership in the integration of the three industries of construction, display, and energy. It will illustrate how “material science + digital intelligence” can empower China-Africa urban collaboration and spatial upgrading.
The company's products are exported to 89 countries and regions worldwide, with joint production bases established in Germany, South Korea, Brazil, Dubai, and other locations. Its innovative achievements have been featured in prominent reports by state-run media outlets such as “News Broadcast” and “Eastern Horizon,” establishing it as a benchmark case study for “Chinese smart manufacturing going global.”
At this expo, FILMBASE will showcase its cutting-edge products, including liquid crystal films, liquid crystal blinds glass, weather clock etched glass, curtain screens, display glass, and guardrail screens, fully demonstrating the unique charm of the integration of architecture, display, and energy technologies:
PDLC film / PDLC glass: Adjustable light and shadow, one-touch privacy, suitable for residential, hotel, hospital, and other spaces with high privacy and energy-saving requirements;
Weather Clock Etched Glass: Combining electronic display technology with artistic etching craftsmanship, it displays real-time weather and time information, blending decorative and functional elements, and serves as an emerging “interactive interface” in smart spaces;
Hanging led film: Lightweight, transparent, high-definition, and flexible in installation, it is suitable for building facades, exhibition halls, and creating immersive visual experiences, making it the ideal medium for “screen-as-scene” applications;
Naked-eye 3D display film: Adds innovation, vitality, and aesthetic appeal to existing glass facades, windows, railings, shopping malls, exhibition halls, and more. It can be self-adhesive, suspended, or sandwiched between glass displays, blending seamlessly with the environment to create a striking focal point anywhere;
Utd ultra-thin display film: Utilizes nanoscale new material technology to transform transparent media into fully transparent high-definition displays. While preserving the medium's transparency, it achieves high-definition brightness and a perfect fusion of virtual and reality, marking a revolution in display technology. This technology can be widely applied in transparent advertising displays, exhibitions, stage design, and in-vehicle ARHUD, offering customers a brand-new visual experience.
Railing screens: A smart interactive interface designed for urban infrastructure, transforming railings into information dissemination and aesthetic devices, integrating safety, wayfinding, and beautification into a multifunctional solution.
Movable display: Combining lightweight structure with wearable design, it redefines the form of mobile communication. Suitable for scenarios such as exhibition parades, brand pop-ups, and commercial interactions, it enables on-the-go demonstrations and instant promotions, creating a smart display medium that combines technological innovation with strong communication capabilities.
Africa stands at a historic juncture of urban renewal and green transformation. Facing challenges such as high temperatures, strong sunlight, energy pressures, and inadequate public infrastructure, aims to provide cost-effective, replicable, and sustainable system solutions through material technology, collaborating with African partners to explore practical pathways for smart building materials, low-carbon construction, and digital spaces.
We sincerely invite you to visit the FILMBASE booth to witness the boundless imagination of material technology and discuss the green future of China-Africa cooperation. Let us gain insights into trends through dialogue and create value through collaboration!
